Excellent Service - McDonalds Zabarte Branch

I'm sharing my wonderful experienced with McDonalds Zabarte Branch Delivery Service.

It was September 1, 2010 when I called hotline 8-MCDO to purchase thru delivery service. The Customer Service Representative was efficient in handling my request. Few minutes after taking my orders by hotline, I got a call from MCDO Zabarte Branch, apologizing for the delay of my request and asked me to wait for few more minutes since the crew member assigned to deliver my orders had some problem with the vehicle he was using. When the crew arrived and discussed courteously what happened, I was surprised to found out that my order request was beyond their schedule for delivery. Adding to that commendable act, despite of heavy rains, broken vehicle, he went back to the store and took the initiative to speak to his boss to replace my orders since he knew that the quality of food are no longer good as expected. To do something like that is venerable.
I would also like to thank Mr. Dennis Pandinio Imperial, Manager Trainee of MCDO Zabarte Branch for taking considerations to replace my orders to maintain high-quality service for your customers.

Once again, thank you so much for extending your service despite the hassles and yet managed my orders nicely. You are all asset to your company. Great job!
